Chef and owner Sam Etheridge opened Ambrozia when he and his family moved from Albuquerque, NM to be closer to his family roots. While in many ways Ambrozia is the reincarnation of Etheridge’s old restaurant of the same name, this new Ambrozia Bistro+Bar puts a distinctly southern twist on on the original award-winning concept.
The focus at Ambrozia is a farm to table menu that evolves with availability and changes with the seasons. The menu is heavily southern influenced but will also feature some southwestern, Caribbean, Asian, and European flair from Sam’s different experiences as a chef.
The bar features hand-picked, food friendly wines, local craft beers and variety of creative cocktails.
