Head to the Downtown Monk on March 14th for the March edition of Monk Beer Academy. This month’s topic is American Wild Ales!

They’ll be exploring the processes of souring a beer, through kettle souring and mixed fermentation, including stainless and wood aging. Plus, they’ll explore the addition of fruits, herbs or spices to these funky and puckery brews.
