According to Wicked Weed Brewing’s Facebook Page, the cans are coming!  With the opening of Wicked Weed’s major new brewing facility in 2015, Wicked Weed has been ramping up production and shipping out bottled beers throughout the region.  The facility was originally geared for bottling its line of signature and specialty brews, but they’re making major changes to add cans to its packaging lineup.

We got our first hint at WW’s canning ambitions with the release the popular French Toast seasonal earlier this year, so it was only a matter of time for more to come.  Following the lead of just about all the major brewers, and the widespread acceptance of premium craft beers in cans from consumers, Wicked Weed is going all in and joining the canning revolution.  According to the post, we can expect to see 6 packs of 12 oz. in the first quarter of 2017.  The first four beers slated for canning and widespread distribution are:

  •  Lunatic Belgian Blonde
  • Napoleon Complex Hoppy Pale Ale
  • Tropicmost Passionfruit Gose
  • Lieutenant Dank India Pale Ale

More beers are promised for later in 2017, so get ready to pack a few of your favorite WW brews on your next outdoor adventure!
