Since 2013, Hi-Wire Brewing has been turning ordinary Asheville afternoons into unexpected, joyous occasions. Different neighborhoods, different vibes, but all focused on the same thing: making everyday moments feel a little more special. Everyone’s welcome under the tent.
– South Slope: The 2013 birthplace of their little spectacle! South Slope is where wild beer experiments and tart sour ales come to life. Wander past the tanks to discover The Tiki Easy Bar pouring rare, historic rums alongside island-inspired drinks, then grab a fully loaded double-smoked beef brisket Gleezy hot dogs to round out the afternoon.
– Biltmore Village: Want a front-row seat to how the magic happens? Just up the street from the Biltmore House, their production facility gives you an unfiltered look right onto the brew floor while you enjoy a fresh pour. Grab a pint, check out whichever local food truck is parked outside, and make yourself at home.
– RAD Beer Garden: Surviving Helene’s waters only made them come back stronger, with tons of open-air space to play! Enjoy cold pours and daily local food trucks in the sprawling campus, alongside new pickleball courts, golf simulators, and pool tables from Ace & Eagle Urban Sports Club. You can even roll out on an e-bike tour with The Flying Bike right from the space.
